During March, why not be inspired by our Change4life group and cook with your children?
Our Change4life chefs Mrs Williams and Miss Harvey have been showing children that preparing food and cooking it is as much fun as eating it!
 
Tips for the kitchen·        
  • Smash it, chop it, steam it, boil it, blend it – just some of the basic techniques to preparing a meal
  • Try new flavours, foods and spices·        
  • Show children that healthy food can be tasty food·        
  • It’s cheaper to cook from scratch than to buy prepared foods
