Summer Term 2: Marvelous Meldreth: Welcome to the 60s!
Welcome to the 60s!
This week Osprey have started off their new history topic by looking at a timeline of the 60s and some key events which occurred during that time.

Summer Term 1: Oh, What a Wonderful World!
Design Technology:
In DT with Mrs Abbott, we talked more about what plants need to grow and then designed and made our own greenhouses.
Art:
In Art, we continued our plants theme and worked with different mediums to complete a field of flowers.
Science:
This term we have been learning about Plants in science. We did an experiment to find out what plants need to grow. We then recorded videos explaining our findings like a new report.

Writing Examples
In Osprey Class this term, we have been reading the story 'The Day I Fell into a Fairytale' by Ben Miller. Having read the first few chapters, the children in Year 3 wrote predictions for what they thought might happen next. Some examples are below:
