I can't quite believe the first week has gone already! Welcome back after the Spring break, I hope you all had a lovely time. We have returned to preschool with our new learning topic of ' Minibeasts'.
The Caterpillars have started their learning with fun activities including hidden bugs in the sand, making minibeast collage pictures at the art table and searching for hidden bug pictures and sharing what they found. Other activities have included sharing Easter and Spring stories, dancing, dinosaur play, building and train set and threading.
The Butterflies have been busy making caterpillars using pom poms, as well as making caterpillars with their names on. The children have designed patterns on different minibeast pictures, practiced their dancing and engaged in games around moving like bugs and found insects hidden in the tuff tray. Some of our group time activities have included making towers of 10 blocks, I spy healthy foods game and learning our new topic words. We also had baking club on Thursday and the some of the children made rocky road.

- Please can you return any preschool clothing you may have at home as we are running very low on trousers/leggins in particular. Thank you.
