We are a warm and friendly school who strive for every child to feel happy, safe, challenged and valued, and where the exciting journey to becoming a life-long learner begins.

We aspire to make learning fun and a natural part of life for our children. We want our children to become  confident, independent learners with inquiring minds, and develop as individuals to their full potential; we expect them to give their best in all that they do.

We believe that children should be encouraged to develop positive, caring attitudes towards themselves, each other and their wider community.

Pupils… “enjoy learning and behave extremely well in lessons.”

Staff…”were proud to be a member of staff at the school.”

Parents…“spoke highly of the care and support their children receive”. One parent said of the school, “It feels more like a family”.

Governors…“holding leaders to account for the quality of education by asking questions and visiting school to see for themselves how well pupils are doing”.             Ofsted, June 2019
