Meldreth Primary School PTA Sponsored Zumbathon
First installed in 1965 Meldreth Primary Schools swimming pool has helped many generations of children learn how to swim, providing a fantastic form of exercise and great fun. Following a recent inspection, it has sadly been decommissioned so we are working hard to raise money to replace this precious resource.
In the Spirit of keeping fit and having children were sponsored to do 30 minutes of Zumba alongside classmates and teachers on the 21st October.
Our school goal is to complete a combined total of 6000 minutes of Zumba. That’s 100 hours… more than 4 days worth of Zumba!!!
Our total so far....is over £3,000! A HUGE well done to all.
