Level 3 EYFS Practitioner – Room Leader

Meldreth Preschool is a welcoming village preschool providing high-quality early years education for children aged 2–4 years. We are seeking a Level 3 qualified EYFS Practitioner to join our team as a Room Leader.

The role includes:

  • Teaching and supporting children to thrive within the EYFS
  • Leading a room and supporting staff
  • Planning engaging sensory, creative, and small world activities
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment


We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Has a strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
  • Is enthusiastic, caring, and creative
  • Has good communication and organisational skills
  • Works well as part of a team

Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
Salary: £13.05–£13.26 per hour (Point 5–6)
